I started the podcast Finding Spirit with Tabs shortly after starting on my journey of mediumship development. It quickly became clear that there was a need for supportive resources for others, who were going through their own spiritual awakening. I wanted to create a space where others could feel understood and supported as they navigated their spiritual awakening. Through Finding Spirit with Tabs, I aim to provide guidance, comfort, and empowerment to those on their spiritual journey, just as I've found on mine.

I’m a mom of two amazing girls and a licensed pharmacy technician by day. You'll usually catch me out hiking or ripping down a mountain on a snowboard —I just can't get enough of the great outdoors. Now, here's the surprising twist: Mediumship found its way into my life when I hit the big 4-0, and let me tell you, it's been a journey. Connecting people with their loved ones who've passed brings me so joy—it's like being a bridge between two worlds. Whether I'm working at the hospital or diving deep into spiritual sessions, my mission is clear: to help others heal and find peace on their human journey.
